Rare Baccarat or St Louis TORSADE RIM Opaline Glass Vase Antique French Roses

  
Offered for sale is this French opaline glass vase with a cobalt and white torsade rim and beautifully hand painted with roses and other flowers. This is either a piece of Baccarat or St Louis glass. P lease excuse the reflections in the pictures. The vase is just under 12 inches tall. The top is just over 4.25 inches diameter.

There are no chips, no cracks. The bottom of the vase has been neatly drilled, it was used as a lamp base in the past. There is some wear to the gold on the neck, and a little wear to the gold band inside the top, otherwise there is very little wear to the decoration. Please see the close up pictures. Unfortunately, we have no control over that.
