This sauce boat and its tray are stamped with the French "Minerva" sterling silver hallmark (950/1000).This piece is stamped with the mark of the famous Parisian silversmith. He practiced from 1847 in Paris, 8 petite rue Saint-Roch-Poissonnière. He is the son of Pierre-François Queillé.
He used the same silver hallmark as his fath. The QUEILLÉ family was a dynasty of Parisian silversmiths who practiced from 1808 till 1930s.
