Royal rosewood and tulipwood on softwood. Three piece straight frame base.

Slightly projecting, broadly framed writing surface, inlaid with gold-embossed leather surface, underneath three drawers of different sizes with decorative frieze made of acanthus leaf fittings. Wide knee compartment, flanked on both sides by three drawers with inlaid panels, flanked by fittings in the form of women's masks on a curved frame.

The fittings are pronounced and of exceptionally good quality. The brass parts of contre partie consist of scrollwork. Height: 80cm Width: 194cm Depth: 102cm.
