LARGE PAIR ANTIQUE FRENCH 2 BRANCH LOUIS XV GILT BRONZE CANDLE WALL SCONCES These are an elegant pair of large antique French wall candle sconces. Made in gilt bronze with a warm patina and in good condition and dating to around1900. The design is classic French Rococo with scrolling acanthus leaf details and are of a very high quality with original gilding. They have a bracket mounting at the rear for wall hanging. They were converted to electrical use and could be reconverted if desired.

They each measure 15 ins [38cms] high without candles, 11 ins [28cms] wide and stand out 5.5 ins [14cms] from the wall.
