Pair of 19th Century French Louis XVI Gilt Bronze Mounted Marble Cassolettes featuring 3 rmas. They measure 12 7/8" tall X 5 1/16" across at the base. Each cassolette features three rams heads with three hoofs. Condition: The body of the first piece is in excellent condition, no nicks, chips, dings or repairs; some minor chips on the underside of the lid but nothing on the outside. Some minor wear to the bronze. The second piece has some issues. The upper body is excellent, no issues, the marble base shows a repaired crack through the center (completely stable), which is more visible from underneath the bottom. No nicks or dings to the edges. The top shows some chips and repairs.

The gilted bronze is excellent with only some minimal wear.
