French Rococo Louis XV Leather Chair by Whittemore-Sherrill in Mahogany Frame. Beautifully crafted rococo Louis XV style chair by high end maker Whittemore-Sherrill Furniture. Known for its high-end leather upholstered pieces, this is a near-mint example of their craftsmanship. The carved, solid mahogany frame is upholstered in a buff-colored leather, with antiqued brass nailheads. A loose seat cushion has a foam core wrapped in a layer of feathers.

Please note that a few of the photos show the leather to look like the color is gold - this is the lighting. It leans more taupe, like in photo #1.

Structurally perfect - absolutely firm and solid. The leather is near mint - no fading, soiling or wear. There is a very tiny black mark on the back, and a dent in the leather on one side (please see photos). The chair measures 26 wide at the outside of the arms.

The seat is 13.5" wide at the back of the cushion, 23.5" wide at the front. It is 21 deep and and is appx.
