FREE PICK-UP IN THE CHICAGOLAND AREA. Up for your consideration is a very fine 19th Century French tazza, made of solid bronze, c. The piece is superbly cast, and is of the finest quality.

It is signed by the sculptor Louis Theophile Hingre (1832 - 1911). It measures 16.25" from handle to handle, 12" in diameter, and 6 tall. It weighs about 10 lbs. Please look at the central medallion, it is quite interesting, showing a mask, a moth, musical instruments, etc.

Overall, the tazza is in excellent condition, with a rich and even patina. There are no dents, dings, or losses.
