Antique Tapestry French JP Paris Aubusson Style Baroque Louis XV, France. If you look closely you can see where it has had glass over it and the part that wasn't covered has faded. Maybe an inch from the fray.

Some of the fray has some loose strings covering the fray or tucking it under will hide it. I love the aged look. This is a very old & beautiful tapestry it also has signs of aging. The colors are not vivid which is typical of antique tapestries. To photograph this huge tapestry I took it outside in the sunshine and laid it on a new tarp.

The pictures were taken while standing on the porch approximately 10 ft. This was the only way I could photograph it and get the entire tapestry in one shot.
