Antique St Louis French Overlay Glass Crystal Wine Goblet Stem

  

Fantastic cobalt blue overlay that is cut back to clear and also has white rims applied as shown. I believe this dates to about c1910 or so..... Even the base is finely polished and engraved with lines in design across the base. Rings like a bell and is quite large at about 6 5/8" tall and 3 1/2" diameter across the top.
