An exquisite antique French Louis XVI Neoclassical bed frame by Robert W. Crafted from satinwood featuring turned and fluted columns, artichoke finials, fluted head and footboard and turned tapered feet leading to (removable) casters. The headboard has an eye catching matchbook veneer design fitted with rectangular molding. At the ripe age of 23 Robert Irwin rose from office clerk to plant superintendent of the Grand Rapids School Furniture Co. Irwin specialized in high end reproductions based off of European and ancient American classics.

His most formidable designer, J. Stuart Clingman helped in the modernization of these iconic designs from woods such; as French Walnut, Rosewood Mahogany, Aspen, Satinwood and Curly Maple. Timeless craftsmanship that will add grandeur to any space.
