33 French Antique Pediment Finely Hand Carved Walnut Wood Crest Fronton Louis XVI Style. This antique crest/pediment is from France and it dates to the end 1800's. It was originally a pediment on a cabinet. This crest is made from walnut finished to a medium wood tone, finely hand carved.

It is a high quality pediment made by the old French knowledge of cabinet-making. Overall the crest is in good antique condition with only minor nicks and scratches, It is massive and very heavy.

There are a few wormholes on the top, long gone. Please take a close at photos, there are an integral part of the description. Dimensions : 33.46 in (85 cm) long at the base, by 16.93 in (43 cm) high. Thick at the base (2.5 cm) 0.98 in.
