19th century antique pair of French Louis XV bronze candelabras

  
A pair of two beautiful candlesticks/candleholders. Made of solid bronze in France in Louis XV Style around 1840. If you look at them it looks like you are looking to two old trees with turned branches that are grown this way in the past years. Incredible beautiful details with arms that are in the form of branches. Each candleholder has 4 arms with on the end of each arm a rose flower. In the middle of each flower you can put a candle. The pair is made of solid bronze and in very nice and heavy quality.

The bronze has the old original patine color. We did not clean it, the old candle wax is still available on the candleholders. The measurements of the items are about 46 cm high at the highest point and the diameter at the widest point of the arms is about 30 cm. The diameter of the foot is about 18 cm. The measurements in inch are about: 18 inch high at the highest point, 12 inch diameter at the widest point and the diameter of teh foot is 7 inch.
