The wood has been painted gold for an absolutely lovely look. Green velvet upholstery in very good condition, fastened with decorative floral tacks.

All four legs are tapered and fluted, with rosette medallions decorating the top of each leg. Floral/vegetal motif decorates the top of the chair backs. The fine carving and golden patina give these chairs a luxurious appearance, perfect for an upscale salon or bedroom. Condition: Very good antique condition.
