Delightful Antique French Mon Cheri by Louis Leon Prieur Bisque 22 Doll. What a stunning face this gorgeous French bebe made by Louis Leon Prieur in the late 1800s. The House of Prieur was managed by generations of the Prieur family and claimed they were the oldest house of this type in Paris, France. Louis Léon Prieur bisque head Mon Cheri (Honey) doll 22 tall, with blue glass paperweight eyes, painted upper and lower eyelashes, painted multi stroke eyebrows, open mouth with upper teeth, pierced ears, on a jointed French composition body, doll marked Mon Cheri LP Paris 11. This French beauty is simply delicious.

She has fine quality bisque, expert fine decoration of features and very crisp modeling of attractive face is free of hairlines or cracks or restorations. The original wood and composition body in superb condition with original finish (one lower part of her legs have old discoloration) and few small paint chips, she wears French her original human hair wig.
