ANTIQUE FRENCH STERLING SILVER ALL VERMEIL SUGAR BOWL OF LOUIS XVI style. Dear collector, Noblesse Collection is happy to propose you this ultrachic piece of. This piece is atypical because it is all in vermeil (fine 18k gold layer on silver).
As you can see this sugar bowl is. Designed in a French Louis XVI style with stunning. Flowers and acanthus leaves decoration! We present you a sterling silver covered sugar bowl. Of high quality of manufacturing dating more.
To start or complete a fine collection! Weight of the sugar bowl : 454 grams 14.60 troy oz.
Height : 15,0 cm 5.90 inches. Diameter : 14,0 cm 5.51 in. This piece and its lid are stamped by the French "Minerva" sterling silver hallmark (950/1000).
The sugar bowl and it lid are stamped with the maker's mark : Paul CANAUX & Cie. He practiced from 1892 till 1911 in Paris. In great condition : Fully checked and cleaned by our silversmith.To note small wear of use on the vermeil. (An "antique statement" of Work of Art of more than 100 ye ars old is joined to the invoice).
